How to Understand Flexible Job Design & Flex Hiring | Thursday 12 May | 10:00–11:30am

Insights will address many of the elements of Good Work highlighted in the Charter covering Flexible Work, Recruitment, Health and Wellbeing, People Management and Secure Work.

This masterclass will last 90 minutes and include a dedicated timeslot to ask questions and access advice and coaching on specific challenges and opportunities that you may have within your organisations. All employers attending the masterclass series will also be provided with a suite of supporting resources, tools and guidance for managers and employees.

This virtual event will be hosted by Emma Stewart MBE, Co-Founder & Development Director at Timewise. Supporter of the Charter, Katie Willan, Head of HR at the Calico Group will also be joining.
