Linkedin is an essential tool for jobseekers to the Life Science industry (or in any industry), both to market oneself and to seek job opportunities. Professionals need to maintain their profile not only while searching for a job, but also when employed and even before entering the professional world, as students! Today, the first resource employers and fellow professionals will use to check someone out is Linkedin.

A little about our Guest Speaker
Elissa Zimmerman is Senior Account Executive for the Israeli market at LinkedIn in the Talent Solutions department. Her team is focused on helping Israeli companies with their hiring and branding strategies through LinkedIn, the largest professional network in the world. American born, she has lived in Israel for over 13 years and has worked in various industries globally, from hasbara for the Jewish Agency, academia at Tel Aviv University, and doing full cycle recruitment at one of the largest staffing agencies in the US. Before moving to Linkedin, she lived the Startup Nation in various Account Executive roles with Bringg and WalkMe.
