About the Facilitator: Olymphia O'Neale-White is a wife, public speaker and proud graduate of North Carolina Central University, where she obtained her Master of Social Work degree and cultivated her passion for consultation and employment services. Olymphia currently works as a clinical social worker and continues her professional development as a Doctor of Social Work student with the University of Kentucky. Olymphia takes pride in her unwavering efforts to make change and serve those in her community through education, mentorship and volunteerism. Through My Lense Consulting Services aims to assist social workers and students develop professionally, build confidence and enhance job readiness competencies.

This course will be facilitated via Zoom. Social workers are encouraged to have their resumes on hand to ask more individualized questions. This course will not provide individualized resume revisions, but will equip participants with the skill set and tools needed to revitalize their resume to attract their ideal professional opportunities!
