Even without the pandemic, future work prospects are uncertain. Prospect has great experience of supporting the technical and professional development of our members, offering practical advice and training tailored to our members needs. Our training courses open up opportunities to learn new skills and connect with others in your industry.

In this webinar Rachel Bennett, the union’s Education and Skills Manager, and Jonathan Green, Head of Research, will provide an overview of the union’s role in delivering training for members.

• Provide an overview of the government’s skills challenge and how the union is seeking to influence employers

• Explain how the union supports career planning

• Give an outline of the training courses provided by the union, and

• Outline how the union is adapting online training modules for vocational courses and union representative development
