The pandemic has changed the recruitment trends to virtual hiring. For some companies, they may keep these new processes in the future as well. With the change from in-person to virtual hiring, recruitment has been one of the biggest challenges for both businesses and job seekers and this webinar would help identify the challenges faced by Job seekers in a virtual process and ways to overcome these challenges.

This is a professional development opportunity for job developers, training providers, and employment services staff to develop and build their knowledge and work around skill gaps identification to better support clients through the virtual recruitment process.
