Whether you're a job seeker or a professional, the Pride in Business Summit & Job Fair is a perfect opportunity to come face-to-face with local employers, fellow job seekers, business colleagues, and peers, and other community members.

The Summit & Job Fair is designed to offer a variety of resources, learning opportunities and both social and professional networking for LGBTQ people in the greater Charlotte region.

For Job Seekers:

Join us for workshop sessions throughout the day where you can learn how to brush up on your interview skills, resume and cover letter writing, and how to bridge the gap between jobs. You'll also have the opportunity to interact directly and one-on-one with local employers in our online job fair!

For Professionals:

For local professionals and business owners, you can attend sessions to brush up on your knoweldge of social media, marketing, and other skills to make your work better.

For Employers & Exhibitors:

Local employers looking to interact with job seekers or others looking to interact generally with the community will have the opportunity to do so three times throughout the day. Our unique online job fair and exhibitor hall will allow you to chat directly with job seekers, tell them about your company, and point them in the direction of applying for open positions. EMPLOYERS & EXHIBITORS SHOULD REGISTER USING THIS LINK HERE. The Pride in Business Summit & Job Fair is free to attend!

Attendance is free, though registration is required. We want to ensure this online event is as accessible as possible. For those with the means, we have included a Pay-What-You-Can ticket option. Your generous donations via this paid ticket option will ensure we can support the costs of this event, while maintaining access for all.
