This workshop will look at how to write a tailored and effective application form to increases your chances of being selected for interview

Are you currently looking for work and seeking advice on how to write winning job applications? If so, this session is for you!

 

Delivered by qualified Careers Advisers, this interactive, 90 minute digital session is designed to give you an overview on all things job application related, including

• Self-awareness and identifying your individual skills and strengths to include

• An overview of what employers look for when they sift applications

• Common mistakes made when completing application forms

• How to tailor an application form supporting statement to a job advert to make sure you meet the criteria

The National Careers Service is a free, impartial and confidential service which provides information, advice and guidance to help you find work and progress in your career. We can support people at any stage in their career.

 

In order to attend this free workshop, you need to be aged 18+, living in the East Midlands and need to register with the National Careers Service.
