George Blake is a Sourcing Consultant for Talent Acquisition at Scotiabank where he works closely with candidates, recruiters, and other human resources professionals in support of the bank’s hiring needs and goals. He helps to manage the flow of candidates through the recruitment process, from pre-screening to bringing new employees on board. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge to help, educate and better equip job seekers with the skills and knowledge that he has learned over his professional career. He is looking forward to speaking at the upcoming “How to Adult: Building Your Career” at Ryerson University on March 31st, 2021.
