Facilitator / Trainer 潘婷 Ting Pan BIO:

First Generation Chinese American fluent in English, Mandarin, FuZhounese and basic in Spanish.

Grew up working in the family restaurant business at Camden, NJ (Ghetto) since age 11 and went on to attend and graduated from NYU Stern with Finance / Accounting CPA track in 2016.

Decided no passion for Finance or Accounting jobs and instead pursued Internal Consulting Role as the Enterprise Business Architect at Bank of New York Mellon.

Direct hire as an Associate at age 23 in 2016

Drove digital transformation and innovation, co-creating with stakeholders from current state to target state guidance and blueprinting for the most strategic enterprise initiatives.

Promoted twice and made Vice President at age 25 in 2018

Concurrently, was active in Women in Technology EBRG NYC and Global leadership leading multiple regional and global programming for training, recruiting, speakership, and high school technology internship over the 6 years.

Shortlisted as USA 2022 Women in IT Next Generation Leader

Left the Bank 02.2022 to join Unicorn SaaS Technology Company for Go To Market

Quit that job 05.09.2022 to launch her own Global Consulting Company as a social entrepreneur at Ting and Simon LLC on 05.18.2022 (teaser)

Up-skilled on Negotiations Executive Education via NYU Stern 06.13 – 06.15 and broke multiple class records
