Smart Works Reading supports women with free career and interview coaching, and high-quality, free workwear. Since we opened in 2015, we've supported around 700 women to get a job.

This free webinar is open to:

Women and female-identifying people living in the Thames Valley who are looking for work.

As our service is for unemployed women in Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, you will not be able to attend this webinar if you do not meet this criteria.

Ongoing support

After the webinar, you will be invited back for an hour of free, 1-2-1, online career coaching from a qualified Smart Works Reading volunteer. These sessions are tailored to what you need to successfully look for and apply for jobs. Once you have an interview, you can return for 1-2-1 interview coaching and a high-quality, new or nearly outfit that is yours to keep and which includes interview clothes, shoes, a handbag and accessories.
