Meet your Talent Agent: Eileen Leahy

Eileen has 10 years of experience in corporate recruiting, helping match talent to roles at growing organizations. She has recruited for large organizations such as BCG as well as startups like Wayfair. She focuses on a realistic approach to guiding clients through their job search, while also being their biggest supporter. Eileen is especially passionate about working 1:1 with female professionals to educate them on their value, and how to ask for the money that they deserve.
