About Cindy Haba

For more than 12 years as a Career, Leadership & Development, and Small Business Coach Cindy Haba has assisted hundreds of professionals, emerging leaders, executives, stay at home moms and aspiring entrepreneurs gain clarity, set goals, hit targets, communicate better, improve performance, land new roles, change careers, and start new businesses.

Her work includes helping clients design/redirect career paths, identify strengths and build on past successes to meet future goals, make significant improvements in management and leadership skills, and identify purpose, vision and goals, and map strategies to meet those. Cindy also consults with companies, and coaches teams in group training and facilitation, supporting stronger teamwork through building trust, identifying team strengths, learning communication and listening skills, and goals alignment. Cindy is a passionate and dynamic speaker, group facilitator and leader. As a result of coaching, Cindy’s clients grow in their leadership, they perform at a higher level, and they achieve their business and career goals.

Cindy brings more than 16 years of senior leader business operations experience to her role as Coach, including the areas of recruiting, management, operations, training and sales experience. Her career has included extensive direct client management, high-level operations and team leadership roles, bottom line fiscal responsibility for multiple branches producing over $10M annually, and management responsibility for 20+ full-time staff and over 500 temporary employees. In her roles as President of a local Home Health Care Agency, and Area Manager for a National Staffing & Recruiting firm, she has initiated and directed business strategy, built and led teams, marketed services, and designed and managed targeted recruiting and staffing programs for clients.
