Hands up who's wiped out? Last year was like having a bad health diagnosis but on a global scale. The most fundamental thing we take for granted was ripped away - and not just from ourselves, from ALL our loved ones. Typically while you wait for a verdict, you can't think of anything else. Like us, you may have operated off adrenaline and made yourself super busy. Or you may have done the crazy stuff like stock up on toilet rolls - even though we were never going to run out. It's easy to think once the scare is over, we'll suddenly bounce back into high productivity. But nothing seems further from the truth. Going back to the big workdays and high-stress pre-covid is the last thing we want, and I know that's the same for many of our clients. Here's what we're hearing. "If I'm going to work hard at a job, it needs to be meaningful. It needs to add some good stuff back. I'd like it to speak well to my soul. And I'd like it to be more fun." So how do you make that change if all you're feeling right now is burnt-out? Inspired by the book Tiny Habits - this is our theme for this year.
