Career Care Package - A tale of two Founders. Because not everyone is looking for job security right now...

Who
All job seekers

What
I find people fascinating. For some people security is in having steady pay from an employer. And for others, relying on someone else to bring in the bikkies is the least secure thing on the planet. If steady pay is your thing, I challenge you to join us on #CareerCarePackage tomorrow. We're meeting two inspirational start-up Founders, Aqeel Camal and Ali Noura. Aqeel is Founder of Futures Collective - an organisation empowering young people with skills such as emotional intelligence, adaptability and courage. Ali is Co-Founder of Bridging Us - a social enterprise connecting young people and decision-makers to co-design solutions to community problems together. Why am I throwing down this challenge? I truly believe there is no such thing as job security - no matter how secure you feel. Some of the skills you need to thrive right now are skills such as curiosity, being the bridge between a problem and a solution, and a desire to be completely accountable for results. Both our co-founders demonstrate this in spades. So we're going to be grilling them on, how they've shaped their work, their businesses and their careers.
