What I mean by this is the “good on paper” decision you might make about your career choice or whether to accept that job.
Everything lines up on the plus column about whether you should do something, but your gut/heart/intuition says something else.
Then you find yourself needing to justify the good on paper decision.
I've always wanted a practical way to line these two things up in decision making.
And that's what we're going to do today.
Today on Career Care Package we're meeting entrepreneur/business strategist/marketing consultant Lira Priyadarsni
She's an expert in helping people unlock both sides of their brains to unleash both creativity and logic to make the best possible strategic decisions.
Among other things we're going to ask her:
- Why we stick with logic in making decisions?
- Why do we value logic in decision making?
- How to unlock both sides of our brains in making career decisions?
- What types of decisions are best made with creativity vs logic, or can't we separate these?
- What type of attributes do we need if we are to succeed in this new world of work?
