This 90 minute interactive session seeks to give context to the new job market sector professionals are emerging into post-COVID, with helpful tips on how to utilise your transferrable skills to come across as the best possible candidate. The session will have a particular focus on interview skills, including what makes a great answer, what to do if you go blank, and how to answer a weakness question. Furthermore, Claire will be demystifying online interviews for attendees, supporting sector professionals to feel confident applying for jobs in a new digital world.

Participants will have the chance to ask questions and participate fully in the session, with a free recording made available afterwards for reference.

About Claire Jenkins:

Claire Jenkins is the owner of One to One Interview Coaching, with over 25 years of experience interviewing in the private, public and charity sectors. She is a Senior Visiting Lecturer at both the University of Worcester and the University of Wolverhampton, and author of “Invited for a Job Interview? Now What? How to Succeed at your Next Interview” (2017). Claire was a National “Investors in People” Award winner for her staff development and recruitment work at The Countryside Agency and is Civil Service Job Interview Panel trained- the Gold Standard in its sector.
