50th Ward Virtual Job Fair

Illinois workNet partnered with the Office of 50th Ward Alderman Debra Silverstein, Office of State Senator Ram Villivalam, Office of State Representative Denyse Stoneback, Illinois Department of Employment Security, Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership, Northside American Job Center, and North Suburban Cook County American Job Center to hold a multi-employer Virtual Job Fair event series featuring hiring employers within the City of Chicago's 50th Ward, 8th State Senate District, and 16th State House District!

Please Note: Job seekers are encouraged to register for each session they are interested in attending.

Day 1 (9/13/21): Virtual Job Fair

Interested job seekers have an opportunity to meet virtually with employer representatives regarding current job opportunities and how to apply from the following hiring employers:

Can I attend both events?

Yes! Register for each day.

Does registering for one event mean I'm registered for both days?

No, registration is required for each day. You need to register for Monday and Tuesday.

What device can I use to attend the virtual event?

Use a computer, tablet, or smart phone.

How do I join the virtual event on the day of?

After registering, an email is sent with steps to take and login info.

What translation services / accommodations are being offered?

ASL interpretation; translation services in Spanish, Arabic, Hindi/Urdu, and more are available. While registering, complete the required fields pertaining to accommodations and/or translation services needed.

I registered but can't find the login information, what do I do?

Check your email (including Junk folder). If you do not see the login info, email info@illinoisworknet.com and include your name/event.
