gotfriends?

After last week's article about the recent additions to SQLink Group‘s gotfriends? program, I contacted VP Business Development and gotfriends? blogger Elad Daniel for comments. Unsurprisingly, he had a lot to say.

During the almost hour-long impromptu interview, Elad explained:

  • That there were a few misunderstandings and at least one error in the original blog post
  • The unintuitive way that the top 10 ranking table works
  • Why CV scraping is not an issue for them
  • How every submitted CV must be read within a certain (short) delay

Stay tuned for a full writeup of the conversation next week.
