After last week's article about the recent additions to SQLink Group‘s gotfriends? program, I contacted VP Business Development and gotfriends? blogger Elad Daniel for comments. Unsurprisingly, he had a lot to say.
During the almost hour-long impromptu interview, Elad explained:
- That there were a few misunderstandings and at least one error in the original blog post
- The unintuitive way that the top 10 ranking table works
- Why CV scraping is not an issue for them
- How every submitted CV must be read within a certain (short) delay
