During this COVID19 economy, there are over 30 million people in the US on unemployment. Over 200,000 on Long Island are unemployed. This free community service group seeks to help job seekers connect with new opportunities, help employers find new talent and help the Long Island economy recover.
Join other job seekers, job seeking assistance professionals, employers and those with jobs willing to make introductions and connections to help you find your next great opportunity!
Discussion topics will include: Resume writing, networking, job boards, recruiters, leveraging social media in your search, interviewing, salary negotiations and more!
Come prepared to share your resume, describe your ideal job, jobs you've applied for, connections you want to make and companies you're targeting.
