Career skills workshop: Essentials of landing more CX job interviews

Scouring job postings, preparing cover letters, and updating your LinkedIn profile is all wasted effort unless it leads to live conversations with potential employers.

As with any other field, securing job interviews is one of the most difficult hurdles for CX professionals. How can you put your best foot forward if you can’t get your foot in the door?

On March 3, join the CXPA Toronto Job Search Support Committee from 7-8 p.m. for a one-hour workshop where we’ll share tips and best practices on generating active interest from job posters and recruiters.

The workshop will be an informal affair where we’ll discuss challenges experienced by members and any lessons learned.

We will also share a ‘Resource List’ to be stored on the CXPA.org Toronto Network Community Home. Additional ‘Resource List' tips will be posted regularly on the ‘CXPA Toronto' LinkedIn group.
