Bring your software engineer job hunting challenges, resume, or a job posting, and our team of engineers and recruiters will answer questions and provide advice on how to best approach your job hunt. We'll also share tips on positioning your LinkedIn for outreach from technical recruiters.

Jide is a self-taught software developer and serial entrepreneur. He was previously the CTO at Squareknot, an edtech startup that raised over $1m. He also founded Cultivr, a software development company and platform where he has developed software products across multiple industries and companies such as Nike and Safeway. He has hired many developers and designers over his career.
Hubert is an entrepreneur and investor and technical recruiter with over ten years of experience at Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, EY, and private equity fund DPI and as the CEO and co-founder of Equipt. Hubert has consistently obtained exciting career opportunities by building meaningful relationships and networking.
