Join Graduate Futures as we explore how to define your skills, abilities and unique selling points (USPs) with the help of HR specialists from COS. In this session you'll be able to get insider tips on how to effectively articulate and present your skillset to a variety of professional audiences.
We will be exploring the ways that combining pitching and storytelling techniques can lead you to successfully engaging employers. At the end of the session COS will also introduce their current job opportunities and invite students to apply for available roles. They will give an overview of their expectations and provide information about how to contact the brand to send speculative applications.
Guest Speaker:
- HR Specialists from COS: Meet a group of representatives and HR specialists from COS, the brand that's known for it's timeless and carefully crafted designs. Spanning 45 countries and a community of 5000 employees discover how you could join their staffing community.
- Frances Odell, Head of Graduate Futures Consultants: Frances is a results-oriented accredited chartered Business Development Specialist with over 30 years of professional experience working with large corporates, SMEs and start – up businesses in the Fashion Industry. Having worked for brands such as Selfridges, Top Shop and Debenhams she has also consulted for the British Fashion Council, UKFT, Princes Youth Trust, Department for Industry and Trade and The Mayors Office. Her focus is on adding value and spotting new market opportunities, applying both her product and service development expertise along with strategic market analysis.
