The Forces Transition Group and Ex-Mil Recruitment are excited to partner up to present ‘How to Nail a Job Interview as a Veteran or Service Leaver’.

With around 14000 individuals leaving the military every year, we have noticed that while there is support in job searching and networking, some service leavers are missing out on roles they would be great at purely because of their lack of interview experience.

Interviewing is a skill, and as a result, we wanted to partner up to help both veterans and service leavers to understand the techniques that will allow them to convert interviews into job offers.

We’ll be covering:

– The two main things interviewers are looking for

– How to give answers (truly based on your experience) that will wow your future employers

– The best way to end interviews by building rapport and leaving the interviewer feeling positive about your conversation
