Nora White, Software Developer
I graduated 3 years ago with a degree in Computer Science from the University of Lethbridge and still work at the company that I interned at during my studies. I’m a front end software developer, and I love creating reusable components that meet the requirements of our style guide and can be easily used by other teams in our organization. My favorite thing about software development is how much creative freedom you can exercise in order to find a solution to the task/problem you have been given.

Julia Doss, Director Customer Support
My name is Julia Doss, born and raised in the suburbs of Denver, CO. I went to the Colorado School of Mines and received a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering. My first job was with El Paso Corporation as a reservoir engineer for storage gas and facility planning for gas pipelines across the United States. After a few years working for El Paso, I took some time off to backpack Bolivia, Peru, and Ecuador. There, I volunteered for Engineers without Boarders on a water pipeline project and hiked a bunch of mountains. I quickly missed the routine and gratification of a satisfying job and joined Transform Support in 2012. I have focused my career on Enverus customer experience ever since. I am happy to have been a part of the many acquisitions and fast pace that has made this company what it is today.
Rush Milam, Product Manager
Rush is a Product Manager in the Power and Renewables group, focusing on congestion and shorter-term power products. Before joining Enverus, he spent 10+yrs in various risk, analyst, and trading roles in the energy and commodities industry.

He is also a regular presenter to executive audiences and at industry conferences. Dane graduated from Queen’s University with a degree in geological engineering and is a CFA charter holder.
Michelle Adamo, Sr Recruiter
I am a born and raised Montrealer turned Calgarian, a long time ago, and haven’t looked back. I spent the first half of my career as an HR Advisor but then decided to pursue my passion for recruitment. I know, most do the opposite. I have worked in a variety of industries from Telco, Airline, Banking, Engineering, Fuel, SaaS to name a few. Each industry has its own specifications but, in the end, everyone wants the same thing, good, honest, people who want to work together and be a part of something. I love what I do! I try practicing mindfulness, live in the moment, and have a tattoo on my wrist that reads “Be here now”.
