The job application stage of a recruitment process is critical, how do you increase your chances of success?

In this session we will be exploring how employers shortlist applications, specifically for volume recruitment processes such as internship and graduate programs. We will be exploring cover letters that cut through and winning resumes/CVs that work, we will share insights of online application forms – what they are and how they are assessed by employers. In addition, we will give some practical hints and tips of how to be strategic and proactive with your job search.
