About our Speaker
Charles is founder of FuturePerfect and the Portfolio Executive Growth Academy, and he is an advisor to CEOs and senior leaders in the scale-up business community. His passion is for people to have a workstyle that brings them Freedom and Joy so they can offer more Love to those they care about.
With experience in founding and developing technology start-ups, he joined Andersen Business Consulting at its formation, becoming a partner and member of the Global Advanced Technology Advisory Team setting out priorities for the development of new propositions for the fastest growing consultancy business at that time.
In 2002, he founded the Transformation Development Partnership in order to pursue a portfolio of opportunities: Visiting Professor of Software Enterprise at University College London (2005); Chairman at The Academy for Chief Executives in 2007 (successfully sold to global market leader, Vistage in 2018); Board Director Ella forums. In 2009, his work with the boards of two of his clients was recognised by membership of the Sunday Times Microsoft Tech FastTrack 100.
