Steve Safarowic

Steve is currently Xccelerate’s Chief of Product. He is working magic leading Xccelerate's products roadmap strategies and executions. He is also the driving forces in Xccelerate’s culture and team building. His goal is to create cross-department synergy and by unifying teams on goals and metrics.

He is an experienced Product Manager and Full-Spectrum Marketer with extensive experience in digital, print, events, pitching, brand building. He is knowledgeable in WordPress, HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL, UI, UX, SEO, SEM, Social Media, Cross Channel Marketing, Content Marketing, and EDM.

Somya Mathur

Somya is currently Xccelerate’s Career Advisor, connecting HK top tech talents with the hottest tech companies. She is a well-trained professional experienced across sales, public relations, events, start-up music label and recruitment.

In her last role with an international digital recruitment agency, she received mentoring by one of the prominent HR Industry leaders. Prior to that, she also has worked closely with big 4s, leading creative agencies, and exciting startups
