This article I found very interesting, but I would like to point out a few things that people should take into consideration when contemplating a working solution like Yaul Sachir. I have personal knowledge and can back up what I say here because I personally sat down with the Owner of Yaul Sachir about this.
There is an ongoing battle between the Israeli Tax Authority and Yaul Sachir regarding the lawfulness of the way they operate. This very well may end up decided in court, they are making life miserable for Yaul sachir and for anyone who files a tax return using Yaul Sachir's 106 form (the Israeli equivalent to 1099 form). I know of several people who were declared by the Tax Authorities to be self-employed despite the fact he had Yaul Sachir payslips and 106 form and as a result were audited.
I also have several acquaintances who worked for Yaul Sachir to their satisfaction and don't bother with tax returns/filing in Israel, as it's not mandatory like in the USA.
Just know that there are several sides to this and it's not all honky-dory and rose-red as it appears from reading this article.
